Michael Monk has been the Managing Partner of Amerisource Funding since 1998. He has over 25 years of experience including senior leadership roles covering virtually all aspects of the commercial finance field, including credit, underwriting, legal, compliance, operations management, portfolio risk management, development, origination, marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Amerisource, he had a career in commercial finance with Team Bank and Bank One (both predecessors to JPMorgan Chase), as well as Riviera Finance.


Jason Floyd serves as one of the Managing Partners of Amerisource Funding, Inc. He founded Amerisource in 1984 with a $10,000 loan from his parents. Jason has gained extensive experience in all forms of Asset Based Lending and takes a special interest in assisting entrepreneurs and employees in the achievement of their goals.

Prior to founding Amerisource Funding in 1984, Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in 1982.


Kendra Wilson started her career in Commercial Lending over 22 years ago with Comdata Financial Services. In 2001 she joined Amerisource as their Credit Manager and later became Vice President. She is responsible for over 30 team members and a portfolio in excess of $120MM.

Kendra graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.


Joe Page serves the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Amerisource. He has over 20 years of Legal and management experience. Joe has served as a Director, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel to domestic and multi-national companies.

Joe is married with two children. In his spare time Joe enjoys travelling and charity work.


Bill has 35 years of commercial banking experience in the South Texas and South Louisiana markets, primarily New Orleans and Houston. Bill has managed many different industries over his career including energy services, maritime, retail, and gaming. Bill earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Finance from LSU.


Alicia Adelman graduated from the University of Montana with a BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon graduating, she was employed as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Best Western KwaTaqNuk Resort in Polson, Montana.

Subsequently, Alicia decided to pursue a career in staffing because she found that her real passion was helping people, and what better way to help people than to help them land their dream job. Transitioning from staffing to Human Resources was a natural career shift. Since 2016, she has been the Human Resources Manager at Amerisource Business Capital.
